Rest In Peace sweet friend. My thoughts and prayers are with your family and friends.
I loved DeLia – I now live in Slidell but I worked and retired from the City for 34 years – we helped each other a lot – I could not have done half what I did without her – I woke up this morning thinking it was Tuesday and I got dressed in my coolest black thing I could find and was going to make my way to Denham but thank goodness- I looked at the calendar- I’m so sorry I missed it / your in no pain now my friend!- prayers to the family!
My Heart goes out to all of DeLila’s family and friends, especially to her children. You could search world wide and not find another person as sweet, kindhearted and beautiful as DeLila. She helped me many times as Chief Deputy Clerk of Court. She took her job very seriously and was good at it. Years ago, when I took care of children in my home, I took care of her son Anthony. I still have a picture of Anthony dressed in a chef’s outfit. It has been an Honor knowing her. She will truly be missed by all of her loved one’s and friends. She is at Peace now and resting in God’s arms. My prayers go out to all of her children and loved ones. May she rest in Peace.
My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. God bless.
