
Ivy Clay Courtney passed away at 1:25 PM, Saturday January 5, 2019 at Northoaks Medical Center in Hammond at the age of 49. He was a resident of Livingston and was a carpenter.
Visitation will be held at the First United Pentecostal Church in Denham Springs on Thursday, January 10, 2019 from 10:00 AM until religious services at 2:00 PM conducted by Rev. Robert Jones. Burial will be at his family cemetery in Walker.
He is survived by his sons Zachary and Bradley Courtney; sisters, Wanda Truax, Connie Brewer and Hope Sibley; brothers, Jimmy and Herbert Hopkins and Steve Courtney; grandchildren, Drayke and Sawyer Courtney. Preceded in death by his parents, Wade and Eula Lott Courtney. Pallbearers will be Shane Bourgeois, Dustan Serd, Jason Robards, Kenny Gordon, David Gordon and Jimmy Hopkins.
Church Funeral Services in Walker is in charge of arrangements.
