Rhonda Phipps Madere passed away peacefully on July 18th at the age of 65. Wife of 43 years to Randy “Stinky” Madere. Rhonda is survived by her sister Jane LeBlanc (David) and her brother Steven Phipps as well as her nieces and nephews: Joey and Britt LeBlanc, Seth and Kacie LeBlanc, Garrett, Cameron, and Brooke Phipps (her Godchild). Great nieces and great nephews: Rylie, Kymber, Colt, Denver, and Londyn. Also survived by Jimmy Madere, Cheryl M. Naquin, Janelle M. Bovia and their families. She will be missed by her beloved Pugg, Moochie.
Preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Katherine Phipps and her in-laws, James and Norma Madere.
There will be a graveside service at 10 a.m. on Saturday, July 29th at St. John Memorial Gardens, LaPlace, LA.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations to Cara’s House Animal Shelter, 9804 Airline Highway, Sorrento, LA 70778 in Rhonda’s name.

Although miles and years have come between us my younger years are filled with memories of you. My dearest friend from 3rd grade all through high school and beyond. Oh the times we had. I will miss you forever. Sending thoughts and prayers to Randy, Jane , Steven and family.
