Rachel went home to be with Jesus on May 6th, 2023. She was thirty-eight years old. She is survived by her two sons, Adam Day Jr. and Jaxton Ray Setzer; mother, Cindy Chamberlain (Jackie); sister, Erica Hudson; grandmother, Zelda Cole; and grandfather, Galeon Albin. She was preceded by her father, Carey Ray Dungan; and grandmother, Virginia Weaver, for whom she was named.
