
A ceremony celebrating the life of William Lynn “Bill” Robbins Jr., will be scheduled at a later date. Bill was born on September 25, 1969, in Lumberton, North Carolina, and departed from this life on Friday March 24, 2023, at St Joseph Hospice – The Carpenter House at the age of 53 years. He attended North Carolina State University and worked with an Insurance Agency. He was an avid fan of football, especially a loyal fan of The Jets. He was a kind and trusting soul, always the life of the party, and loved to discuss any events in history, he absolutely loved history. Bill will be remembered by his often-used term “You Better Believe It.” He is preceded in death by his parents, William Lynn Robbins Sr., and Eva Carole Barnes Robbins; grandparents, Nancy Ruth Hall, William Carlton Robbins, Arthur Hicks Barnes, and Mary Francis Prevatte. Survivors include his daughter, Carolann Nicole “Nikki” Robbins and spouse Caroline “Cam” Robbins; sister, Leslie Robbins Arnold and spouse Shawn Arnold; niece, Margaret Ruth Arnold, also survived by other relatives and friends. In lieu of flowers, family and friends of William L. Robbins Jr who would like to make a memorial contribution may do so. The family will use these gifts to honor Bill’s life and memory. Bill! I will see you again my friend. Some of the most memorable parts of my life you were there and I often think of the adventure you , me and Vee took that year. Until we cross paths again, who?, that’s right! You better believe it!
