A ceremony celebrating the life of Ruthie “Granny” Causey Redman will be held on Wednesday, September 26, 2018 at Little Prairie Baptist Church, 40497 Hwy 42, Prairieville, LA 70769. Visitation will begin at 9:30 am until service at 11 am. Conducted by Pastor Leon Carpenter. Granny was born on March 31, 1940 in Galvez, LA and departed from this life on Thursday, September 20, 2018 in Gonzales, LA at the age 78 years. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Stephanie Stafford; parents, Donald and Oralie Causey; sisters, Eva Dixon and Dot Rooney; and brother, Edward Lamar Causey.
