Water “Joe” Williams, a native of Logansport, LA and resident of Baton Rouge, LA passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Friday, July 2, 2021, at the age of 61. Joe was a loving husband, father, and grandfather, who loved spending time and making memories with his family and friends. Joe had a passion for riding motorcycles and was affectionately known as “Indian Joe” among his biker family.
Joe is survived by his loving wife, Sherry Soileau Williams; daughters, Jessica Brownell (Jason) and Jennifer Williams (Story Berthier); son, Michael Williams (Courtney Easterly); grandsons, Bryson and Bennett Brownell.
Joe is preceded in death by his parents, Lois Irene Williams and Walter Presley Williams. A memorial to celebrate Joe’s life will take place at a later date. The family would like to thank the caring staff of Bridgeway Hospice for their compassion and kindness to the family during their time of need.
