
She was born on September 10, 1952, in Baton Rouge Louisiana, to James and Helen Garrett, She lived in Baton Rouge until she graduated high school at Istrouma High School in Baton Rouge.
She is survived by her husband Gerald S. Broussard SR, father James H. Garrett, brothers James C. Garrett, and Randy Garrett, Her children Gerald S. Broussard JR, and his wife Jamie Broussard, Amanda ‘Mandy’ Joiner, and her husband Billy Joiner, James ‘Jimbo’ Broussard, and his wife Tracy Broussard, Brandy Vidrine, and her husband David Vidrine, and 2 adopted children April Cotton, and Eric Gautreau.
She is also survived by numerous grandchildren (23) and great-grandchildren (21)
Her services will be held on Saturday June 3rd, at The Way Church in Livingston La, 34301 Weiss Rd. Visitation starts at 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM and services will be held immediately after.
We will be celebrating her life after at our Uncle Arthur’s and Aunt Hellen’s home. Please message for details if you would like to attend. All Friends and Family are invited.
