Julie was a kind, caring, gracious woman who fiercely loved her family. We were neighbors for a short time, but she treated us as if she had known us forever. From day one Julie welcomed us as a friend. She was the epitome of a good neighbor. To her family, we are deeply saddened and you have our sympathy and prayers. Heaven has gained another angel.
Sending my prayers & sincere condolence to the family of Julie Norris. Julie will be greatly missed at OFI. She was a very strong, funny, and lighthearted person when you got to know her. Her smiling face and comedic comments will be missed. 2 Timothy 4:7-8a NIV “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Now there is in store for me the crown of Righteousness.”
