Zach passed into eternity Thursday, Apr. 20. He was one of a kind. This world was too small to contain him. He loved big and hard. Most of his work career was on the tug boats that we see up and down the Mississippi River. He loved that job. He enjoyed music and movies and eating and weed eating. SO SPECIAL.
He is survived by his wife, Gisele Stevens and their children Emily, Addilyn, and Benjamin. His children; Gracie Elizabeth Baker, Noah Byron – Gaige Nolan – and Ariella Nikole Stevens. His parents Gene Stevens II and Cheryl Duplessis Stevens. His grandmother Jeanell Duplessis and Father and Mother In Laws Randy and Cathy Bruner.
Preceded in death by grandparents Gene I and Carol Stevens and Cecil Duplessis. Services to celebrate his life will be Sat., Apr. 29th, at Household of Faith Church Gonzales from 9am to 11am.

Zach was a sweet soul, I knew him when he was living with us when he was in Kentucky. He sure did mean a lot to my niece. You’re kentucky family will miss you❤️
Cheryl, I’m saddened to hear this about Zachary. I will never forget him. He was one of my favorites I taught at Faith Academy in 3rd grade. There was one thing I could ALWAYS count on with Zachary. He always told the truth no matter what. Even if it meant that he was going to be in trouble for what he did wrong. He would tell you how he was and he would take his punishment.
Going to miss my Sunday mornings hugs. You never let go until I did. I’m glad I told you how much that meant to me. Thanks for that.
Rest in piece my wonderful father Zach. You will never leave my heart and I hope to see you up their one day😘
