
A ceremony celebrating the life of Rebecca Shantel “Doll Face” Pierre, will be 12 noon on Thursday January 13, 2022, at New Beginnings Worship Center, visitation will begin at 10 am. Interment will follow at Loranger Cemetery under the direction of Church Funeral Services.
Rebecca was born on January 8, 1989, in Independence and passed from this life on January 7, 2022, at the age of 32 years, 11 months and 30 days.
She was resident of Hammond, she enjoyed time spent with her children and family; and always making people laughing while acting silly. She will be remembered for her passion of always trying to encourage people, reading her bible and prayer.
She is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents Otis and Lynn Mildred Pierre, maternal grandparents Albert and Helen Stewart.
Survivors her children Alexis, Elijah and Massiah Pierre, parents Charles and Martha Pierre, siblings Charles “C. J.” Pierre Jr., and Kayla Pierre, two nieces and nephews, also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and her canine companion “Lil Mama”.
Becca, you are so Loved and sadly missed. When you were a baby I always called you my horsey patoonie. I gave you a white dress one time and you looked just like a little princess. you will live on ALWAYS in our hearts.
