Cheryl Ann Reed, age 60, passed away peacefully in her sleep on October 10, 2021, surrounded by her loved ones. She was born on January 14, 1961 in Roswell, New Mexico to Agnes Marie Leteff and Lionel Allen Reed. Cheryl was a very crafty woman, especially when it came to woodworking, crocheting, drawing, painting, and metal work. She could truly turn trash into treasure. Cheryl wouldn’t tell you what she was making, but then she would surprise you with it. She would be so excited to see your face once opened and you could see the true joy in her face that you loved it. Cheryl was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, and friend who will be greatly missed by all.
Cheryl is survived by her beloved wife, Kathy M. Sparks; sons, Jean Peter, John Michael, Jude Anthony (Amanda); grandchildren, Destanie, Dylan, Connor, Chance, Isabella, Westin, Jayden, Gavyn, Sadie, Easton, Emmett; devoted friend/sister, Jackie King; nephews and nieces, Paul, Josh, Allen, Kaci, Gina, Louis, David, Daniel, Nicklaus; sisters, Cindy and Crenna.
To the family – I am truly so sorry for your loss. Mrs. Cheryl will be missed. We pray for your strength, comfort, and guidance today as well as in the future.
Mrs. Cheryl was super crafty lady. She was also so sweet and kind, but stern. I have fond memories that I hold close to my heart. The things she made for me I will continue to hold close to my heart. In every crafted piece was a piece of her heart.
Prayers for the family!!!
