Homer Juban passed away Tuesday, May 26, 2020 at the St. Joseph Carpenter House in Baton Rouge at the age of 92. He was a retired home builder and was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War and was stationed in Germany. Visitation will be held at Hebron Baptist Church in Denham Springs, Saturday, May 30, 2020 from 9:00 AM until religious services at 11:00 AM conducted by Minister Jordan Broyles and Minister Destry Mcfieren. Burial will be in the church cemetery. He is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Raymie “Susie” and Wade Broyles; sons and daughters-in-law, Ricky Maurice and Militza Juban and Rusty Lee and Stacey Juban; daughter-in-law, Karen Landry Juban; sister, Audrey Nichols; brothers, Lloyd and Floyd Jones and Donald Jones; grandchildren and spouses, Jason Juban, Kimberly Clement and husband Jon, Ryan Juban, Jordan Broyles and wife Kandi, Cory Broyles and wife Haley, Connor Juban, John Juban, Luke Ryan, Lawson Smith, Malory Ratcliff, London McAdams, Antonio Ponce, Andreas Ponce and Edgar Ponce and wife Sissell and numerous great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by his wife, Betty Hall Juban; parents, Darris and Verda Mae Juban; son, Randy Clay Juban; twin-sister, Doris J. Brown and other sisters, Lois Thibodeaux and Clarice Brister; brother, Wayne Jones. He was a member and deacon of Hebron Baptist Church. Church Funeral Services in Walker, 225-644-9683 is in charge of arrangements.
He was a great father in law to me I am heartbroken but I know he is where he wants to be with Miss Betty He missed her every day Love you Paw Paw.
Uncle Homer was a fine man. He will be missed by all who met him. I love you Uncle Homer! Rest easy.
Ricky, Rusty and Susie, So sad to hear about your dad. He was always so funny and sweet to us. We have been neighbors since I was a toddler from Baton Rouge to Denham. Thinking of all of you.
