Rose Marie Martin was born on January 30, 1962 in Lafayette to the union of Joseph and Ethel Lucille Mouille Wheaton; and passed from this life December 5, 2019 at her residence. She was a resident of Gonzales, a devoted homemaker; and enjoyed collecting things and having yard sales. Her passion was time spent with her family. She is preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her husband Virgil Martin; siblings Frances Wheaton, Priscilla Soileau, JoAnn Austin and Wilbert Wheaton Sr.; brothers-in-law Brian Johnson and Johnnie Austin; also survived by a host of other relatives and friends.
