I recently started Jimmy Swaggart classics and I wish I was watching him on tv instead of running with the world when I was young. I loved watching Dwain on the classics. I am so sorry to hear he had passed. I know he’s playing his music and singing with the angels in heaven. God bless his family and the great legacy he left us thru his music and talent. And thru the jimmy classics and with Duane’s music, my son gave his life to God and was delivered from drugs and alcohol. With love in Jesus Christ, Jane Gottschalk
I remember his song Unseen Hand. I wish there was a way to purchase his music.
CLARA . . . I used to have the two albums he recorded when he was with Jimmy Swaggart. I gave them away. If I still had them I would make you CDs.
Paulette and I were saddened to hear about Dwain’s passing. We were filled with much emotion as we recalled the times we had with him. I met him at South Rocky Mount COG in NC when I was a teenager and we had many good times as part of the youth group there. Then when Paulette and I got married, we would go to hear Dwain when he was nearby with Jimmy Swaggert. Life went on and we separated geographically, but we never forgot the precious times we had with our friend. We are praying for his family. Blessings to you all.
Dwain is my cousin. He, Brenda, my brother Larry and I spent a lot of time together growing up. We lived 3 doors from each other. He was so talented and had a beautiful voice. Even though I haven’t seen him in years, I am so very proud he was a part of my family. I pray that God will give all his family the peace that only He can give. My thoughts, prayers and love to each one of them. I will always miss you and love you Dwain.
