Brian was born July 03, 1959 in Baton Rouge, La. And passed from this life June 24, 2018 at his residence in Denham Springs, La. He is preceded in death by his parents, Jacqueline Ann Hidalgo and Eugene J. Powers, Jr.; stepson Joel Stafford and infant granddaughter, Chassity Stafford. Survivors include his daughter Jacqueline (Jackie) Brianne Powers, a brother Keith and wife Kellie; sisters Lorrie Powers and Vickie Powers; a grandson Brendon Stafford, stepmother Janice Powers, stepsisters Lisa and Pat Jordan, Roxie and Don Juneau, Pam and Barry Cucullu, Stacey and A.J.
