A ceremony celebrating the life of John L. Hartley, will be 11 am Saturday, June 30, 2018 at St. Joseph Catholic Church; visitation will begin at 9 am. John was born on October 21, 1960 in Baton Rouge and departed from this life on Friday June 22, 2018 at his residence in French Settlement. He is preceded in death by his wife Loretta Storey Hartley, parents Charles P. and Ruby Tuiller Hartley; his twin brother Charles P. Hartley IV; siblings Rebecca Ann and Chris Joseph Hartley. Survivors include his sister Mona Hartley Johnston and her husband Bill; also survived by other relatives and friends.
